wednesday not for wed

situasi dari sabtu.hingga rabu.
sepapan activfast masih dengki tak mahu sembuhkan aku.
hanya di hari bertemu painkiller sebenar,sunday yeah.
baru release dan rasa happy
after that, it's turn to suffer, to-be-explode brain.
idk how to told rasanya.
actually it's normal when turn to exam-paper-day,
you know, the nerve, tense and stress.
but. ini sebelum dan selepas.

like have something creep and crawling inside that
and it’s hurt and heavy ok.

i'm not that weak.
i'm a princess warrior.
and I choose to sweat rather than malas-malas on bed.
at least dapat juga dancing step like arabyrd and shakira waka-waka.

and thanks to my God and also medicine yang namanya pelik-pelik tuh.
still confuse macam mana boleh dapat migraine and gastrik.
maybe cause of dah lama tak manja diri makan fast food.
then, bila stress makan sampai lupa diri.
name it lah.all the chezzy things,delicious kentang goreng,chicken-chicken.
sampai doctor give 10 pantang that need to consider.

1.carbonated drink.baru minum 4 gelas last week.dah gassy perut.
2.caffein.yes.admit it.last week almost everyday taken.
3.chocolate
4.cheese
5.msg
6.milk.soy is ok.
7.oily food
8.masam food.jeruk-jeruk kot.
9.fast food.ok teha.lepas ni tak leh lepak dah.
10.masin-masin food.kentang goreng kot.


ergh.enough said.
