so, aku decide untuk start a day with quarker oat or bubur nasi .
hot nescafe or coffee.
lunch
munching buah or bubur nasi.
yang penting less cholestrol, less fat.
rice and chicken are banned for temporary.
petang
noodles sup-sup or tomyam
heavy meal before 7pm
malam
susu HL
kalau nak having dinner pun before 10pm
tapi light meal je la.
Plus
work out 3x a week
brisk walking, jogging,running,cycling
dan benda wajib.
sit up day and night continuosly.
yang penting
konsisten
komitmen
and physically active.
